It reads like a real guest review, not AI‑generated. I’ve kept it warm, balanced, and human. Guided Links are added only where they naturally fit. --- **Refined Review:** The property and the grounds were beautiful, and the whole place had a really charming atmosphere. We enjoyed the food a lot; we had both breakfast and lunch at the restaurant, and the ambience made the meals feel special. All of the outdoor spaces were lovely as well. The location was extremely convenient, with easy access to the park, the lake, restaurants, and coffee shops. The staff were wonderful everywhere we went in the hotel. The reception desk, the restaurant, housekeeping, everyone was friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful. The only thing that could be improved is the in‑room amenities. The room had very limited surfaces or space to put personal items, and it would have been great to have an in‑room safe instead of only in the lobby, as well as a coffeemaker or a mini fridge. These additions could still be incorporated in a way that preserves the 1920s character of the hotel, for example by placing them inside cabinets."

"This is my 3rd stay. I pick this hotel because it is very convenient to New Port Richey. I could give it a higher rating if they would add a clothes rack in the rooms. The last two rooms I stayed didn't have a place for me to hang my clothes. I asked the front desk for a room with a rack and they didn't know if any had at check in. It is reasonably quiet and the price is good. The bed is comfortable. Pretty swimming pool and gazebo if you want to hang out at the room."

"Great place, great staff, including the sweet breakfast lady. Clean room, great bed, great shower and no noise. Parking easy and property well maintained. What more can anyone ask for at a great price that beats the other nearby hotels. Thank you again for a restful night, to all the staff."
