Le personnel à l'accueil très gentil. Il y avait suffisamment de déjeuner. Nous étions dans la section motel et malgré que ça semblait avoir été rénové dans les dernières années : c'était très sale, coulisses sur les murs et porte de salle de bain, télévision non fonctionnelle,sous et derrière les meubles c'était très poussiéreux ( au moins un an), les lampes était gommante de saleté, une de nos chambres sentait la cigarette avec un parfum intense de vanille pour camoufler l'odeur, la douche était moisie tellement que je ne me suis même pas lavée. Les draps et serviettes sentait le propre.

The room was not very good. It was clean, yet Whole night randomly water dripping noise from ceiling which disturb the whole night sleep. Yet next day staff helped to switch the room which was nice.

C'est bien quand c'est pour dormir une nuit seulement. La chambre est petite et est dans un autre bâtiment loin de l'accueil donc, loin des commodités de l'hôtel alors, si vous avez besoin de quelque chose comme de la glace, vous devez prendre votre auto pour aller le chercher. Aussi, il n'y avait pas de café dans la chambre alors que c'était écrit qu'il était inclus et le stationnement devant la porte de la chambre était prit et nous avons dû nous stationner deux places plus loin

Chambre en face de la salle de conférence où il y avait un party. Le système de chauffage s'éteint tout seul durant la nuit. Il fait donc froid dans la chambre le matin l'hiver. Ils disent qu'il y a un Bar, ce qui est faut. Déjeuner continental vraiment de base, bagel même pas frais durci, 2 beignes pour 6 personnes, etc... 1ere et dernière fois.

I was given a unit in the motel section which made it easy yo bring all my gear into my room. The place is old but it was very clean and relativelyinexpensive. The staff was friendly and it is conveniently located for those traveling along the trans Canada.

Here’s a clear and professional message in English: --- The images all show the hotel, not the motel, which is in very poor condition. Fortunately, the receptionist at the hotel was excellent — I give her 10/10 for her service. However, your site is misleading, and the rooms are also priced $40 higher than when booking directly with the hotel. Very disappointed.

On your site it didn't identify that the hotel room was actually a motel room around the corner from the main building. The motel rooms vs the hotel are not comparable in terms of amenities, newness and comfortable. The owner didn't seem to care, so I told him that I would be staying elsewhere in the future.

Propriétaire qui ne parle pas français et qui est peu courtois. Chambre réservé pour 5 personnes qui devait comprendre 2 lits et un sofa lit, mais aucun sofa lit dans tout l'établissement. Un lit pliant nous a été prêté et nous avons du nous même déplacer le mobilier pour faire entrer le lit. Chambre extrêmement petite.
