The location was the best!! We were right in old town and on the boardwalk!! The hotel was full of character and very well kept! The staff was fantastic and helpful at all times!! They even provided a very home like atmosphere complete with snacks and beverages in the room! Fantastic value and would recommend this hotel to anyone and already have today!!

A wonderful heritage property (the hotel is 150 years old) with a fabulous location above the Terrasse Dufferin and steps from the Chateau Frontenac. The staff really are exceptional and they make you feel very welcome. Don’t expect all the features of a modern hotel (there is no elevator so you may have to walk up to 3 floors if you’re at the top of the hotel - but the staff will help you carry your luggage up and down) but the charm of the property and its location make up for anything it might be lacking.

We had a fabulous stay at this property. I specifically was looking for accommodations that had the “old city vibe” and this hotel was perfect. The staff was amazing, parking could not have been easier (an extra fee, as expected) and the location could not have been better. I was able to enjoy quiet morning on Dufferin Terrance as the door opened right on to it. I will stay here again!

Our family had a wonderful stay. The old hotel is a charming place. Perched high on the hillside, the views are amazing. You can't beat the location for exploring the old parts of Quebec City and the staff were friendly, helpful, etc. We'd visit again!
