The property was spacious & had everything we needed! We received a link for online checkin a day before the stay & a code for building access after that. There are quite a lot of restaurants & a supermarket nearby. Transit to Old Quebec was just within 10 mins (4-5 stops by bus) so the location is very convenient. Everything was great! We will choose to stay here again next time when we visit Quebec city again.

The unit we had bottom unit which was very nice, well equipped and clean.But It’s right by the door, so you are constantly hearing the comings and goings of every, single other resident. The door also slams shut. You hear it all. So no morning sleeping! The area is a little sketchy as well. A bit away from Old town. uber or taxis is required.

Décembre 2025 – Séjour de deux nuits Appartement propre dans l’unité SF100, située au rez-de-chaussée près de la porte principale (un peu bruyante) et d’un bâtiment en construction. La soupe populaire en face amène quelques itinérants, mais rien de dérangeant. Le check-in était simple et les instructions très claires. Le bruit est surtout présent le matin et le soir, mais reste tolérable. L’emplacement est excellent : épicerie et restaurants à une minute à pied, et environ 20–25 minutes de marche du Vieux-Québec. Stationnement payant à deux minutes, réservé avec l’hébergement. Cuisine : cafetière filtre, sel et poivre seulement. Chambre : matelas confortable mais qui creuse légèrement; aucune couverture supplémentaire. Salle de bain : douche avec eau très chaude. Wi-Fi : excellente connexion. Globalement un bon séjour pour le prix et l’emplacement.

Honnêtement, cet hébergement répond parfaitement à mes attentes : Le lit est ultra confortable (même si, personnellement, je préfère les matelas plus fermes). La cuisine est fonctionnelle et bien équipée. Le canapé est également très confortable. ⚠️ Note Importante pour les Personnes Sensibles : J'attire l'attention sur l'environnement direct. Si vous avez le cœur sensible, cette expérience pourrait être éprouvante par moments. L'appartement donne directement sur une soupe populaire ou un centre d'aide. En étant au chaud, en train de prendre un repas confortable ou de vous détendre, vous verrez par la fenêtre des personnes dans le froid attendant leur tour pour un petit repas. C'est un contraste saisissant qui peut générer un certain malaise. Âmes sensibles, veuillez en tenir compte.

The room and building were clean and well equipped. However, the location has a downside — you need to climb a steep hill or stairs to reach the Old Quebec area. The Saint-Roch area, where the hotel is located, is not as beautiful or clean as Old Quebec.

Le décor est vraiment beau et l’endroit bien meublé, j’ai beaucoup aimé la décoration ! Par contre, le spa est complètement à la vue de tous… il est collé à la terrasse commune et visible depuis la fenêtre de la chambre du haut. En plus, le soir, il y a une grosse lumière qui éclaire directement l’endroit, donc pas trop d’intimité à ce niveau-là. Le lit était confortable, mais ma douillette avait une tache qui ressemblait à du sang, donc pas super agréable. Le soir, la musique des bars autour joue fort jusqu’à tard après minuit. Il y a aussi pas mal de sans-abris dans le secteur, certains parlent fort ou crient, ce qui rend l’ambiance un peu dérangeante à l’extérieur. Le stationnement est aussi un peu plus loin, et c’est là que plusieurs d’entre eux se rassemblent (en groupe). Sinon, la communication avec l’hôte a été excellente ! Très rapide et efficace. En gros, on a quand même été satisfaits de notre séjour et je recommande l’endroit, mais il faut savoir que l’extérieur peut être un peu bruyant et moins tranquille

The unit was clean and comfortable. HOWever the entrance door to the building is dangerous like a crocodile designed to keep the street people in the area from getting in. It slams shut at full pressure of 20 lbs. It caught my foot twisting my knee. Day1 of my 5 week vacation from Vancouver I am now on crutches. This door needs to be addressed. I have contacted Quebec City regarding this. I would not recommend this unit.

Staff was very helpful - there was an initial mix-up of the booked rooms and after a little language barrier, things were resolved very quickly. The area appears to be gentrifying; lots of restaurants; walking distance to Gare du Palais (central train station); 20 minute uphill walk to the Old City.
