The only thing I would say is request a room that doesn’t overlook the courtyard. It’s a beautiful hotel to have a view. And the courtyard is filled with machinery like the air conditioning, etc..

Keith was our concierge, he was amazing and helpful with everything. Stuff is super friendly and helpful highly recommend it. Can walk everywhere in the old town, there are a few museums around. Felt really safe around. You can walk around the hotel and find pieces of history on every corner! Would be back!

This is the second bed that is terrible! The mattresses are old and need to be updated! Rose fragrance permeates the hotel everywhere from the scented bath products, it is asphyxiating! I requested scent free bath products at check-in but they were never delivered to the room.

Very luxurious property. Lovely view with upgrade at hotel that was reasonable. Breakfast is expensive, but worth it.

Everything was wonderful about our stay, except for the price. Off season rates weren't enough to feel of being pressured to continue to spend more. Another $65 for any view, $19 a person for a limited tour of the property, push to spend another $20 a person to indulge in the breakfast buffett rather than ordering ala carte. Didn't appreciate the constant reminder of what we could not afford on our anniversary.
