I had an excellent stay at this hotel! The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. The location was great with proximity to a huge mall, lots of places to eat, and close to buses going downtown and to the airport. I loved being able to do water aerobics in the pool. the room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

I loved the location. It's a short walk to a mall and convenient to bus lines going into the city and to the airport. The pool was great, clean with lots of towels. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The front seat staff were friendly and helpful. I will definitely return .

The staff were terrific, beds comfortable, air conditioning worked well, bathroom well lit and maintained. Strange large space at end of the room - welcome but odd. Balcony doors permanently closed, but lovely view of the river. AND the Japanese restaurant on site had excellent food and service...a bit loud.

Property is dated. Bathroom shower could use a good cleaning and new cocking around the door, moldy. Bed was comfortable but needs new pillows. The pool tiles NEED to be cleaned. Very slimy.

The front desk staff was very helpful when I was checking in and out. Mall is located across the hotel. The parking is underground. It was very hard to get in and very tight spaces. The coffee machine in the room wasn’t working.
