The costings were very reasonable for laundry and some mini bar items. It is in a great location with only a short walk to the funicular. Highly recommend.

Front desk staff was so pleasant and informative. Was able to purchase tickets for the hop on hop off bus with him while we waited for the room to get ready. Nice hotel in old Quebec. The room was attractive, the bed comfortable and the service was great. We loved the breakfast delivery system. The location was perfect for us, just 10 minutes down the hills from lots of restaurants. I highly recommend.

We arrived by train and walked to the hotel in minutes. The location was perfect. Our room was comfy and clean. Old Quebec was a short walk uphill. We enjoyed the restaurants in the area. The staff was very helpful. Our only disappointment was the high carb low protein breakfast, but it was a nice touch that it was delivered to the room. All in all, we enjoyed our stay very much.
