"Very clean hotel and rooms. Staff are responsive and friendly. Would have rated this 5 star across the board except for a couple of things: on one housekeeping service, they failed to replenish toilet paper so I had to intercept a housekeeper in the hallway; second thing is that some of the rooms need touching up on things like peeling wallpaper. "

"The room was clean, and the view was great. There is a restaurant on site that has yummy breakfast. We opted for a la carte as we dont eat non halal meat. One meal was good for 2 people. These are large portions. The location is within 15 min walk of Chateau Frontenac. Lots of up and downhill, but very safe. "

"A young man at the front desk was so unbelievably helpful and made the stress of traveling far more enjoyable. I only wish we could have stayed longer, and we’d gotten his name to give him the credit for exceptional customer service that he deserves"
