"Not enough reception staff, no a/c in the lobby area. Location was fantastic. I think this hotel has a lot of HYPE. Would have been great to sit at the bar and have a cold beer after walking and walking around in the heat, but it was sooo formal to have to wait until your called in. Wouldn't go there ..."
