"Although a nice hotel on a decent beach, unless you pay a ton extra for a room on the ocean side, come prepared with ear plugs or you won’t get good sleep. The sound of traffic for a one way road was crazy. I felt like they were driving right next to my bed. Change the city that never sleeps to San Juan. Motor cycles roared all night, and if horns weren’t honking, police sirens were sending warning chirps. Also, the adult pool got hotter and hotter every day. By our last day it was a hot bath. As much as I appreciated the quality of the hotel and staff, I would not plan another stay at this location."

"Vanderbilt hotel, too expensive for what they offer. Definitely not a 5 star hotel. Resort fees (!!) for what reason? Room fit and finish wad pointing to a 2-3 star hotel. Noisy area around it. You will not get a quiet relaxing experience, from weird bird calling at night (all night) to leaf blower going on at 6.30 -7 am daily. Room Suite, 1 Bedroom, Ocean View (Biltmore)"

"I really enjoyed the pool and the hot tub. Only went in the evening and was not crowded. Beach access was nice but the beach area was not cleaned. Previous places I have stayed cleaned the beach. The room was huge, had washer dryer which was helpful, kitchen table was nice to have. But over felt dirty the couch looked gross. The girl who checked us in was super nice and helpful. The second girl I worked with about the parking voucher not working had a bit of an attitude. "
