"We were extremely bummed out by this hotel. We thought we were splurging and booked this hotel for almost $300 a night (standard room). The hotels systems were down for 2 days on and off, when we arrived at the hotel we were told we had to just wait it out since they couldn’t use their systems. You would think they would provide some sort of compensation for not being able to check into your room late at night with a baby, but no. We asked them if they could let us know when we could check into and they said yes, but never did. It was on us to keep checking in to see what the status was. The next day we then were afraid to leave our room because they said if we did our cards could turn off due to the system issues and we couldn’t get back to our things. Again, it was on us to check in constantly to see what to do. We ordered room service that never came, and when we got breakfast we were treated poorly, and had to ask for the check twice even after all this, we felt like breakfast should’ve been on the hotel. The hotel is extremely mediocre and not worth what you pay. Very disappointed and will make sure to not visit any Marriott locations knowing this is the way they operate and organized our stay."

"I'm not sure HOW these properties are rated, Our check in was fine, we parked in back, there was 2 cars with people living in them, ok sketchy but not unheard of, the pool area was disgusting, not at all like the pictures show, Our door looked like it has been kicked in, they put a kick plate that wasn't properly secured, door hung ajar. Bathroom toilet was leaking around the wax ring , Was awoken at 2am by people arguing over whatever, there was a couple fellas DIGGING through the trash cans..... Topper of this place, the roaches. Yup, we had roaches on our bathroom counter and the tv stand. Beds are hard as rocks, just sleep on the floor with the bugs. Yeah no. This place is DISGUSTING. "
