"This place was terrible. Full stop. Stay here if you want a dirty room, poor service (how is it possible that they couldn’t access extra blankets until housekeeping came in the morning?!) and LOUD as it’s right next to the highway. We walked in, saw the dirty sink and dirty bed (with hairs!) and left. They might get to keep my money but at least I didn’t bring bed bugs home to my family. "

"The green grassy park with a lake that they advertised was under construction so we couldn't vist it. The park was a big reason we booked this hotel since we wanted to walk our dog there. The hotel page also shows a bar wich we were planning on drinking at but it wasn't on site, it was actually an asian restaurant. The bar and park that were advertised were the biggest factors in choosing this hotel so we were quite disappointed. The actual room was pretty decent and the staff were super nice and friendly!! Pool looked amazing even though we didn't have time to get in!"

"The property was beautiful, convenient to so many stores, restaurants and I10. The staff was wonderful to work with and bent over backwards to help my family with some confusion with the 3 reservations we made. The room was nice and clean, the bed was very comfortable. The only negative would be that I felt the shower was not cleaned thoroughly .. but it wasn’t filthy. "
