"Everything was perfect, the room was so big and nice, the bathroom was amazing, and they even gave gowns, towels, a hair dryer and an iron. The pillows and bed were exceptional too. My only gripe was that the TV wasn't a smart TV so you couldn't watch netflix or YouTube on it, other than that my stay was perfect."

"The owners were very helpful and couteous. Unfortunately, the loud shouting and swearing and car revving right outside my window up to 3:30 am was quite frightening. "

Crowne Plaza Birmingham City Centre by IHG
10/10 Excellent
"Really nice clean modern hotel. We booked it as we were attending a show at the Symphony Hall and the hotel was ideal being just a 5 minute walk away. The Bullring shopping centre is around 10-15 minute walk.
Parking is easy and is around £17 a day, payable via a QR code on exit.
Our Double air conditioned room was spacious with a giant comfy bed. It was clean and modern. Only minor negative point was the small bath and shower which didn't leave much room for manoeuvring.
Check in took about 30 seconds. Breakfast was plentiful with lots of choice. Only in the hotel for a night but would recommend and return in a heartbeat."
"We stayed for a night after moving our daughter into Uni. The hotel was lovely. The staff were very helpful, friendly & professional. It was a great location too. We will definitely rebook. "
