Dès notre arrivée, nous avons bénéficié d’un accueil chaleureux : toute l’équipe a été à l’écoute pendant tout le séjour; petit déjeuner et dîner étaient servis à l’heure, avec un service attentionné qui anticipait chacune de nos demandes. Nous avons également profité des soins au Ylang Spa, où des professionnelles telles qu’Usha, Kaelyna et Vima, aux mains expertes, ont rendu chaque massage mémorable. Nous tenons à remercier tout particulièrement Laëtitia et Dominique pour leur excellent accueil ! Le personnel était toujours professionnel et souriant. L’établissement offrait un vrai confort : literie agréable, chambre bien agencée, repas variés, petit-déjeuner copieux et animations du soir parfaitement organisées. C’est un véritable top‑10 pour le Solana Beach ! Le sous-directeur prend le temps de saluer les convives, ajoutant une touche personnelle très appréciée.
