The room was very clean and tidy, and the staff were very friendly and responsible. My grandmother has a sensitive stomach and can only drink hot water, and the staff specially provided us with a kettle, which was fantastic!"

"Check in was very smooth. Hotel has a small parking lot, but we were able to walk to all activities - Hornblower Cruise, Journey Behind the Falls, Aero Car, Wild Water Walk, Clifton Hill Fun Area/Skywheel, Skylon Tower, and Fallsview Casino. Coco's Restaurant inside the hotel was awesome. Totally recommend paying the breakfast fee when booking online reservations. What an awesome breakfast selection made to order. The wait staff were always cheerful and helpful. We used our Canadian money for tips and our charge card whenever possible. We had one night's dinner meal (we stayed four nights) at Coco's. My husband said the ribs were great. Our room was very clean, spacious (Room#605), king bed, nice size bathroom, Keurig coffee maker, small fridge, good size closet and balcony. A delayed Oct anniv trip for us but the hotel placed chocolate covered strawberries in the fridge and had two towel swans with heads touching to make a heart on the bed to welcome us. The balcony had a street view. Once upon a time it probably had a view of Horseshoe Falls but taller buildings (casino) are now an obstruction. But still nice to sit on the balcony to relax. We did not use the pool - day activities and tired at night. We had plenty of towels for the 2 of us and did not need housekeeping during our stay. We saw housekeeping when getting off the elevator and they always asked if we needed anything, only coffee pods and creamer/sugar. We would stay at this hotel again. "

"A 5 minute walk away from Skylon tower and the main attractions at Clifton Hill, the Inn was the perfect place to stay overnight. Room was clean and cozy. Would have appreciated a more accessible room however (less stairs). "

"The property and room were great! Self parking was a bit of an adventure. Based on previous reviews we expected it to be less than clear, however once you do your homework on the website, you go to the crown plaza and self park. There were signs designating the parking at the crowne plaza as also applying to the Sheraton so we were fairly confident we dod it right. Also learned from the previous review we read, bring your parking ticket to the check in desk and have your license plate number at the ready. Suprisingly the parking ticket DOES list your license plate and uses that electronically to verify every time you go in and out. That was great! You didnt need to input your ticket every time you left or returned! It read your plate and the gate would automatically open when you left or arrived! Great improvement! Also, go to the UL level on the elevator once parked and you can walk from the crowne plaza, thru to the niagra casino lobby past the subway sandwhich joint and hard rock cafe into the sheraton. Go past the mini golf and the elevator entrance is on the left! We used this path everyday to get to the car, the casino and the game room! I didnt notice any area that was uncomfortable temp wise, and if you have rolling luggage there was always a way to roll it the entire way. Also would be great for somone in a wheel chair! Follow what i said and you will be fine! If you also bring the kitchen sink, maybe valet parking is more your speed!"
