First and foremost, the welcoming hospitality by all the staff. Very clean, convenient with a fine touch of Mexican history in the heart of Queretaro. The terrace restaurant La Grupa has one of the best views of modern and historic Queretaro. The only suggestion would be to have cooling equipment in the rooms, not only ventilators.

Great hotel!!! I would stay here again. Perfect location, close to bars, restaurants, clubs, and market. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooftop restaurant also had great food.

The hotel is close to everything, beds are comfortable, the terrace has an amazing view, food is very good, the included breakfast is delicious, but the best of all is the people there, they are helpful, friendly and welcoming. I strongly recommend this Hotel.

An excellent place to stay

This a very nice place We enjoy our stay very much. The staff was great and the food was excellent at the restaurant on the roof with an amazing view to old town Querétaro. The only thing I would suggest is having AC in the rooms for a more comfortable stay.

Spent 5 days. Hotel in perfect location. walking distance to everything. Breakfast was awesome. Right by the plaza lots of food vendors at night. from hotdogs, Carne asada tacos, Chile relleno tacos, churros, Tamales and lots of places to eat.

This was my first trip to the area. The staff was friendly and helpful upon our very late (12:30 AM) arrival. There was a bit of a language barrier, but thank goodness for Google translate! Breakfast was delicious, with several choices so that each day I could try something new. The hotel is very convenient to most areas of interest, including food, shopping, and historic sight-seeing. Uber is super easy here. My one suggestion is pretty obvious. Don’t drink the tap water or ice, or, evidently the incredibly tasty-looking street food.

The Best Ever

Simply amazing ! The staff, the room , the service The restaurant , La Grupa was fantastic. Diverse menu. Talented bartender who mixed the best margarita ever tasted . Amazing cocktails . Delicious salads. Attentive staff. Breakfast is abundant and delicious. Rooms are beautifully clean with comfortable beds including high end linens.

Staff seemed friendly and was helpful but worth noting communication is in Spanish only (no English for tourists like us). Good value and great area but worth noting there is no AC and we didn’t notice a heater either (we stayed in September and still felt a bit warm with the window open and fan on). Could be an issue travelling in the summer or winter.
