Hotel looks just like the picture, very nice. Walking distance to everything you need in the beautiful historic center. Clean and safe.

Great centro histórico location

Great location and easy access to walk around town. Our room had a problem with the shower, couldn’t get the hot water to come on. Otherwise our stay was pleasant.

Weekend getaway

We took advantage of the downtown location to walk to dinner, check out stores, and have local Mezcal drinks. It was great. One recommendation is to add shampoo and other bath items holder to the shower, as the one there is too small.

The hotels location was perfect in the historic city center. HOWEVER, there were major problems with the water! We never knew when the water would be on or off. The staff kept giving us different answers as to why the water was off, including that there was an issue with water in the city center. After talking with other tourists staying at other hotels, we realized this wasn’t true. The staff also changed the story for when the water would be turned on and for how long. The answers were never consistent. It was very upsetting. We never knew when we could take a shower, use the toilet, or brush our teeth. The WiFi showed full signal but it was impossible to connect. The in room safe did not work and the batteries were never replaced. Our holiday was not as relaxing as we wanted due to these inconveniences.

Staff service was terrible. This was like staying in a motel run by unaccountable and entitled 20-somethings. Air conditioning did not work so they moved us to a smaller room and gave us a fan. There were someone else’s hairs on the sheets and pillows. We had to ask for a coffeemaker. Housekeeping consisted of making the bed and emptying the trash. No amenities and no type of food/drinks (not even a vending machine). Mind you, we had to deal with this after paying for a master suite, the price for which they were unwilling to reduce for our inconvenience and the smaller room. Do not stay here.

Es bonito el hotel y el staff amable. Desafortunadamente en nuestra habitación vimos un par de cucarachas Nos cambiaron a otra habitación al reportarlo, sin embargo no contaba con agua caliente, y el piso estaba evidentemente sucio. Fue una mala experiencia en términos generales.

No me dieron la habitación que pedí, el sensor de la puerta no servía con varias tarjetas, el baño estaba tapado al llegar, nos entregaron media hora después de la hora de check Inn la habitación porque no estaba lista, no realizaron la limpieza durante la estancia

El lugar donde está ubicado este hotel está increíble de igual forma el edificio en donde está el hotel es bellísimo, sin embargo en cuando a atención del personal y la limpieza de la habitación, a mi me dejó un poco decepcionada. El hotel tiene mucho potencial. Espero mejoren la experiencia del cliente desde su llegada, detalles cómo mostrarte la habitación o llevar el auto al estacionamiento son atenciones que me hubieran gustado, de igual forma asegurarse que las habitaciones estén al 100 limpias y que luces, aire, tv, baño, funcionen. En vdd espero se tomen en cuenta estos comentarios, vale la pena que mejoren la atención en este hotel.
