Lo que pasó es que me fue imposible llegar para mi estancia y quise cancelar y no pude y como no llegue me retiraron de mi tarjeta el pago de una noche sin autorización ya que cuando reservas dice no se hará ningún cargo cosa que no es cierto pues en mi caso me retiraron lo de una noche
