I only encountered a minor issue, upon arrival at the room, the bed sheets were stained, and no towels in the room; however, I talked. To the staff who fixed it right away, the place is really nice and the staff is friendly, I definitely recommend this hotel

The hotel is ok. The street noise in the hotel room was too loud and kept you from sleeping. The first night we were in the second floor and noise of the traffic didn’t stop until 3 o 4am. We requested to move to a higher floor and it was much better. If you are sensitive to loud noise this is not your hotel. We request the 4th or 5th floor and it was bad but I took a sleeping pill. The personal was extremely helpful and kind.

La habitación bien, pero el azulejo o loseta que tiene el baño está muy viejo y manchado dando una mala imagen, el wc es como de centro comercial con una palanca muy incómoda y por último la puerta de cristal de la regadera no llega al piso y se salpica mucha agua del área de la regadera hacia el lavabo. Es urgente que arreglen esto, por mi parte sería motivo para no regresar.
