We were not told that the beverages were not complimentary, we ask to pay for them upon departure. We arrived at the wrong address as per our reservation. So, we had to walk another 50 yards with luggage to another place

Most comfortable holiday stay
Everything was perfect. From the soft sheets, comfy pillows, deep bath tub, best hair dryer, huge TV, I can't say enough good things about our room. It was truly one of the most comfortable stays I've had in any hotel. Eduardo was super hospitable and accommodating. Don't miss out on the breakfast. Oh and it's perfectly located!

The area is beautiful safe and clean. The host is very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable of the area. The room where we stayed was excelent. The area is walking distance of the plaza where the tourist and the the locals enjoyed excellent dining, entertainment, and souvenir stands of the local area. Im ready to go back anytime in the future.

A very comfortable place that is very convenient for visiting the historic center. Good breakfast cooked to order. Friendly accommodating staff. Great beds and shower. Only downside was no heat in the room.

What a delightful find, Casa Once!! Would stay there again without hesitation. Rosario was lovely and looked after my room, served me breakfast, helped with luggage .. she was helpful in every way. The place is immaculate! In old town Queretaro, where there are so many fine places to dine, listen to music, just wander around … a very walkable town centre. Such a nice surprise after a long haul to get there from Calgary!

What a GEM!! Hotel Casa Once is beautiful, quiet, personal and safe while still being in the middle of everything! Wonderfully comfortable rooms and beds with everything you need to feel at home. Lovely morning tea and coffee with full service breakfast amongst the beautiful greenery grounds. So lucky we found it. Loved it!!

I had a such a wonderful stay. The property was absolutely beautiful and small. The rooms were incredible, comfortable, clean and with AC! Big plus. Water was filtered throughout. I can’t wait to go back again!

I can’t say enough good things about this hotel. The rooms are all very recently updated and absolutely beautifully designed and decorated. The gentleman who communicated with us before arrival was lovely to deal with and very responsive. The woman who served our breakfasts each morning was absolutely charming and always greeted us with a smile. There are only seven rooms but we never heard any of the other guests as the walls are thick stone and the glass double insulated. The AC was quiet and soothing, the bathrooms were gorgeous. The beds were dreamy, as were the towels and soap products. There is a very beautiful courtyard with lots of seating for lounging and breakfast, and a smaller seating area on the upper terrace. This would be a great small hotel to come with a family or friends group. The location is on a quiet street right in the heart of Queretaro, which is a beautiful historic city with tons to offer. Honestly can’t say enough good things about our stay at Casa Once.

My husband and I stayed here for 6 nights and loved the property. Hotel Casa Once is in the historic center of Santiago de Queretaro and located within walking distance of just about everything in the center of town. Eduardo and his staff were gracious and accommodating. I highly recommend this hotel!

Beautiful Little Place in Old Queretaro
We stayed in Casa Once for 3 nights to attend a meeting in Queretaro. We chose Centro Historico area based on our previous visits to the area. Casa Once provides all we need for a very reasonable rate. It provides great location in old downtown Queretaro, modern rooms with top notch amenities. The area is safe, quiet and the room is very comfortable and clean. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. BTW, our reasonable rate includes made to order breakfast too.

We only stayed one night since we had a party in Queretaro. I was called by the administrator insisting we give them a check in time since he was leaving the hotel and would leave the keys with someone else. We arrived at 11 and the woman left in charge had no idea how to check us in and made a mistake with the credit card charging us 22000 pesos instead of 2200! We stayed up with her and the administrator came back and there was no way to fix the problem with the bank. The personnel was very kind but not qualified to solve the problem. The hotel is spotless, the rooms are large with very confortable beds and good ample shower, but in the case of some of the rooms, they do not have even a small window so if you plan to stay more than a night, it certainly feels too closed in!

We're extremely sorry for the mistake made by one of our staff members. We encourage everyone to do their best always but sometimes we, as humans, make mistakes. Fortunately, we were able to refund the money and everything else went smoothly. We hope to never make this mistake again, thank you for understanding and we are very glad the staff was always kind, that's what we strive for. Regarding the rooms, we have some with big windows and some with small ones; since there's all kind of people, some prefer the first and others the second. We will be happy to give our guests the one they choose every time we can.

This is a very nice place to stay. The rooms were beautiful and the staff went out of their way to make sure all your needs are met. The location was in the Centro near all the great restaurants and shopping. Could not be better.

Quiet, peaceful property with a lovely interior courtyard. Beautifully appointed. Love that they’re eco-friendly and have purified tap water. Incredibly comfortable bed with soft sheets. Incredibly attentive staff who answer questions via WhatsApp, arrange airport taxi bookings, etc.; they gave me early check-in so i could attend a Zoom meeting in my room. Conveniently located within easy walking distance of restaurants, museums and other historical sites. Loved my stay.!Will def book again on my next visit to Queretaro.

Hotel was very quaint. Staff was wonderful. Location was on point.it was awesome that the entire water of the hotel was purified! Our room was awesome. Large, a lot of natural light and beautifully decorated. We would definitely return and stay in Casa once when we return to Queretaro. We will most definitely recommend this hotel.to our friends.

Anthony was fantastic and catered to all of your needs. The walled property is small but very cute, private, and quiet. The complimentary breakfasts were simple, yet hit the spot, including options of scrambled eggs, pancakes, breakfast sandwiches, coffee, fruit, juice, etc. The jacuzzi pool was also a nice amenity after a long day out in Centro. It was heated and serene. If you are looking for a party spot, I would consider someplace else.
