The staff was fantastic. Very helpful with transportation planning Our room was a bit noisy late in the evening due to it’s location in the hotel Overall we had a great stay

Location is perfect. Lots of historic sites are within walking distance. Rooms are simple, down to the minimum. There are no elevators and stairs are a bit narrow. Keep that in mind if you hace difficulty getting around. Staff is very professional and will assist you in any way they can. Rooms are clean every day. Nice place.

The Reciptionist lie to us about parking lit availability. We called before booking our night and when we arrived she told us the parking lot was closed and she didn’t seemed to car or help us resolve our situation. There was other issues and she was not helpful seemed to not care

Hotel muy bonito en el centro histórico, desde ahí puedes llegar a los distintos jardines y parques rápidamente, la atención del personal muy buena y las instalaciones de ven remodeladas, solo el agua caliente tardaba un poco en llegar pero de ahí todo excelente

Had a wonderful stay at Rio Hoteles in Querétaro! Everyone was very nice, but particularly Alejandro & Ricardo. My room was clean. It is noisy in the evening and you can hear the bell churches but I really didn’t mind. Ricardo was my Uber driver and took me to all the magic Pueblos around. I even met his Mom, who made me a Calavera Catrina make-up. The Hotel is well located in the Centro and near a beautiful park. I now have a new family in Querétaro!

Es un hotel céntrico para moverse y poder conocer el centro de la ciudad de Queretaro y de ahí puntos accesibles para poder conocer y moverse a los alrededores de la ciudad, el hotel en general limpio, tiene un restaurante con comida rica y económica y el personal del hotel muy accesibles y amables.

No respetaron mi reservacion de cama King size, me dieron otra con cama matrimonial y aunq ajustaron la tarifa estaba cerca de la cocina y el bar lo cual resultó ruidoso y molesto a la hora de dormir, la música seguía a las 23:30. Lo único que me agrado fue la cercanía al centro aunque no volvería a reservar ahí.

Todo muy bien con el hotel, a excepción de que el sábado 16 de sept se fue la luz y no tienen planta de luz, por lo que no pudimos dormir porque no había aire acondicionado y hubo calor, además de que no pudimos bañarnos porque tienen una cisterna con bomba eléctrica, ni para lavarlo cara ni dientes. Yo esperaba que nos reembolsaran el día pero no lo hicieron 😔
