"My husband and I stayed at Chachagua rainforest for 5 nights last week; Master Bungalow. The tree houses were sold out ☹️. Such a beautiful, peaceful, safe, and breathtaking resort . The scenery is gorgeous: hot springs, rivers, trees, flowers. Daily housekeeping: linens, towels, bathrobes are replaced by fresh and clean ones. Wonderful staff who payed close attention to our needs: Maria❤️🌸, Enersto, Ericka , Nathalie , Kimberly, Roberto, Gretchen , Emma , Karen. ( sorry I forgot some names). Staff of Thermo et Colibri restaurants; tour guy, the spa’s ladies; thank you💕. Driver Norman; thank you for driving us from Chachagua to Guanacaste safely. Thank you to the wonderful staff of Chachagua Rainforest resort for making our stay so memorable and unforgettable❤️."

"Great experience from start to finish! All stay that was there on October 9-10 were amazing both day and night shift. Hotel exceeded expectations 10/10. We received welcome drinks (no alcohol) & it was so refreshing. Would highly recommend. I’d I remember the a few of the staffs name it was Aaron, Charlie’s and one I have a heard time spelling but everyone was great."

"Great breakfast great staff fantastic location. Great pools that one was heated another for kids and a big hot tub. I would absolutely stay there again. I had a room with a Volcano view! Rent a car it's the greatest way around. Roads while narrow in some spots are in excellent condition."

"This place was amazing for my wife and I. We had an amazing view of the volcano every morning waking up and looking out the windows. Rooms were cleaned daily and even had our bed turned down every night when we got back to the room. The pool and hot springs felt amazing and we're very clean. The food was great especially the Sushi wow great stuff. Overall I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a fun relaxing and quiet setting. There birds and sloths were right outside our amazing room. Thanks Again for an exceptional stay."

"I cannot say enough nice things about hotel silencio del campo. My kids and I had an amazing time. The hot springs are amazing we spent hours at a time soaking in the clean pristine water. The location is strategically situated at the foot hills of the volcano with scenic views of the volcano. There is so much wildlife and plant life walking around the resort. Imaging seeing peacocks roaming around outside your room. The food was also delicious and facility is secured with a gate at night. We can't wait to be back!"

"Rooms have been recently renovated. They are very clean. Be aware that this is a subtropical area FULlL of vegetation. little bugs came in bathroom. There weee 2 American breakfasts and one tropical Costa Rica. Fresh and served quickly. Very good. Front desk personnel are trying hard but they get confused and don’t read emails carefully. This led to several mistakes in tour bookings. Internet service was poor which made it difficult to correct booking errors. We saw several hummingbirds, other birds, sloths, frogs, and a very interesting lizard on property. Lush vegetation with many beautiful flowers and a spectacular view of the Arenal Volcano."
