"They say first impressions count... I chose the Kyriad in Poulainville based on the hotels proximity to Amiens. When arriving it was a number of minutes before the reception staff answered the bell which I had to hit twice for attention. As this was a Road Trip, I had a number of bags and asked if a luggage trolley was available to be told not by the chap on the front desk. "The hotel is across three floors. The room no. 25 was in the roof. The stairs are quite steep and narrow. The room was on the small size for the cost but it was comfortable and clean. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. on site parking was very much appreciated. "
