"I didn't use breakfast, so I can't comment about it. I am not qualified to characterise the eco-friendly aspects. It is annoying that the survey doesn't allow alternative options for answers. However, my stay at Mercure Hotel West Bromwich was fine. The staff was friendly and helpful when I had situations. I can't mention the names of all staff, because not so many had a badge with the name. I mentioned in a previous of my reviews the name of Marita, purely because she wear a badge, but all her colleagues were super fine. The room was spacious, clean and quiet. The speed of internet... has room for improvement."

"Quick service & clean room. Big bed, spacious but heating was broken. Clockwork timer next to bed slightly annoying ticking when you’re trying to drop off. "

Contacted me prior to arrival to check if I needed anything or information which made me feel confident about the stay beforehand, was very welcoming and personable and I felt genuine care about me and my stay at Domo. Couldn’t ask for anything more from a host and something which is rare in hotels in my experience."
