So glad l did as the young girl tried to charge me again 4 times from 9pm up until 9:30pm, she clearly gave up and although the Manager Islam was helpful l am yet to receive assurance via email that their error won’t be duplicated. I would avoid if l am honest"

"I was pleasantly surprised at the room. Much better than the first stay. Much cleaner bedding. Pillows. Cleaner overall. The only negative. Was the room next door to ours. I presume was staff quarters. A male was talking pretty much from early hours. Also watching something on his phone which I could hear. Kept me awake most of the night."

"I thought that the stay at the Station Hotel, and Banqueting suite was really great, as, it was clean, staff were both polite, kind, and professional, the bed was comfortable, clean, and comfortable.
