Hotel is classic older property that is well maintained, attractive and well located next to the central plaza. However, it is unheated so that in the colder months the rooms are cold. We were able to switch from an unheated room to one that had a small electric heater which helped. The included breakfast is very good.

No AC available in the room and poor ventilation, other than that excellent place to stay in front of Central Park/dowtown Xela. Also, breakfast was included and they had really good options
