"The hotel is very clean, comfortable and with very good service. I recommend this hotel and would return at our next visit."

"Breakfast was below average. Bedding had stains and there were cobwebs on the walls. Ceiling had water stains from a roof leak at some point. Bathroom could use a good deep cleaning. "

"When we checked in we were given a room that was not fully clean. There was a used washcloth and hair in the tub. We were moved next door to a clean, but run down room. The hallway was filthy when we checked in at 7pm and had the same filth at 2pm. We always stay here when we visit Quincy, which is multiple times per year. It’s the easiest since we travel with our dog. However, we will likely be looking elsewhere. It seems that upkeep is not important. This was such a great hotel and I’m sad to see its standards fail. "
