The check in experience with Abir was excellent she brought such a warm and positive energy that immediately made us feel welcome. It truly made our check-in much more pleasant and enjoyable."

"The hotel is at a good spot but the airport shuttle is not that close. I didn't have time for breakfast in the morning, so cannot comment on its freshness. The taxies were waiting at the entrance, which was convenient when you are trying to get to the airport on-time. Overall, my experience was positive. "

"The door men were wonderful to greet you and serve you, but the downstairs bar was slow on service and two drinks cost 48 Euros. The breakfast buffet at 40 euros per person is not worth it. the 23rd floor Japanese restaurant serves very fancy food, at a price."
