"Its a beautiful, modern and well maintained property. Check in and check out was made easy by the very helpful friendly staff member-can't remember her name at the moment. The breakfast buffet is probably the best buffet we have encountered(we travel alot). Wide assortment of options and all very fresh. There were alot of extra amenities but as we were there for a short two nights we didn't use.. We were a party of 7 and all enjoyed their stay-the rooms were great with amazing showers. Would stay here again"

"The building was older but I liked that, the history. It was well maintained and very clean. The staff were very helpful, answered all my questions or found the answers for me. One morning I was later going for breakfast and a staff member named Sandra came to see if I was ok. I have never experienced that in any other hotel!!. Food in the Mares restaurant was fabulous."

"We loved our stay. Staff were very kind and helpful. They arranged bubbly and cake for my husband’s birthday. The views of Tavira were fabulous. Due to availability we had to move rooms. Our first room had lovely sunset from our balcony. I then treated us to a hot tub suite which was incredible and this had a sunrise view. With only a 10 mins walk to the centre the hotel was also perfectly positioned."
