"Its a beautiful, modern and well maintained property. Check in and check out was made easy by the very helpful friendly staff member-can't remember her name at the moment. The breakfast buffet is probably the best buffet we have encountered(we travel alot). Wide assortment of options and all very fresh. There were alot of extra amenities but as we were there for a short two nights we didn't use.. We were a party of 7 and all enjoyed their stay-the rooms were great with amazing showers. Would stay here again"

"The building was older but I liked that, the history. It was well maintained and very clean. The staff were very helpful, answered all my questions or found the answers for me. One morning I was later going for breakfast and a staff member named Sandra came to see if I was ok. I have never experienced that in any other hotel!!. Food in the Mares restaurant was fabulous."

"This was my second solo week at this hotel and I was more than happy with my return visit. The hotel is spacious and welcoming with very well kept gardens. The room I had was again spacious and clean. The food is incredible with many different things to try at each meal; this was one of the main attractions luring me back to the hotel from last year! The pool is clean and family friendly without being too loud. The staff are very friendly without being ‘in your face’ which I found perfect. The road train down to the beach is a lovely trip where you can see avocados growing on the trees as well as typical citrus fruit of the region."
