"We had a great time and enjoyed the swimming pool. There were few residents and it was very quiet. One member of staff stood out as being excellent and speaking English, we believe his name is Marco or Mario. This hotel could be so much more popular if it were to focus on a specific market. "Views from this property were breathtaking! Hotel is brand new and immaculate. Staff was friendly bed was comfortable. The bathrooms were on the small side. There is no gym at the facility although there is a lovely spa. Location was great to explore the Quinta’s and vineyards of the Duro Valley. You do need a car or driver as uber is not easy to get. "
