"Not really welcomed, no info about key fob or its use, no info on what’s available in the hotel. TV did not work. Room was above pub. Yes understand it’s a Saturday night, so there would be noise. But the glass/beer bottles being poured into a bin in an area outside the window at 11pm was unwelcome. "
