Close to supermarkets and restaurants. Near the beach. Crew very friendly. Room spacious, very good air conditioning and clean. The problem was the Wi-Fi in the room that wasn’t working - only in corridors or in the reception. The crew tried to solve the Wi-Fi problem changing the room but without succeeding. The breakfast is very simple.

Probablement un très bon hôtel à son ouverture... il y a 20 ans. Depuis, manque criant d'investissement et d'entretien. Points positifs : vaste suite, chauffage / clim fonctionnel, WIFI fonctionnel, très calme (excepté la sortie de la boite de nuit dans la rue de l'hôtel), personnel souriant, personnel disponible sur la partie spa Sinon : pas de parking (mais possibilité de se garer dans la rue), pas de restaurant sur place, petit déjeuner au rabais servi en chambre, pas de téléphone en chambre, pas d'eau chaude, flexible de douche à changer, pas de possibilité de payer par carte bancaire, coffre fort qui ne ferme pas, zone spa très sombre et d'aspect vétuste ... A éviter avant de conséquents investissements !

The hotel staff lack customer services and profess

Poor customer services and professionalism. The hotel need overall maintenance. Cockroaches were present in both bedroom and restroom and they were reported to the staff called Mohammed. I was further charge $50. for water which was never in their disclosure to guests.Bedroom aircondition never worked the first day and bedroom tv never worked throughout my stay. Though close to the beach, the hotel appeared abandon.

Nice place, great food

The room was nice and big for a standard room, had a couple of couches which was good for a lay down. The room was neat enough but the towels had seen better days and the room was not cleaned daily, we were there for three days and not even a fresh set of towels in the bathroom were added. The chef was awesome, very willing to please and would suggest the freshest things on the menu. The food was some of the best that I had on my entire trip of Morocco, well presented, fresh and delicious. My full compliments go to Abdel Abdouli, this chef made our stay here all the better

Gotten old.. : (

A bad experience. The hotel has maybe been a luxury hotel but now everything is outdated, broken, faded or just nasty. Air con. equipment were making a huge sound as they were already so old and without any maintenance. Room was furnished in 70's and still the same sofa was there. I recommend selecting some other hotel. I have visited for work in more than 30 different countries and this 100e/night accommodation goes to the top one position on quality against price ratio. Cleaning lady was going through my things. Maybe she tried to be helpful and she rearranged the inside of my luggage but made more harm than good. Folding my straight pants like jeans. Then they were not able to provide me any breakfast as I went to work "so early". I left the hotel at 07:45 each morning.

Hôtel à fuir qui devrait être déréférencé de hotels.com. L'hôtel a pourtant du potentiel mais les derniers travaux doivent datés de 10 ans. Par ailleurs, le proprio : un français exilé, qui exige de se faire appeler "Professeur" par ses employés locaux est un escroc !

une très mauvaise impression, cet hôtel doit disparaître de votre sélection car il n'y a aucun entretien le lit est cassé et la literie était sale au moment de notre arrivée, le patron est nul et réclame des frais supplémentaires au moment du départ. Sucio, dejado y sin la mitad de los servicios que dice la información.No tiene bar, ni comedor, ni discoteca, el spa era una verguenza con trozos de techo roto, la piscina sin habilitar y el dasayuno malo. Close to the ocean

Location was great given preference to be near the ocean and 10 minutes by taxi from the Temara train station. The hotel was very quiet at this time of year (we were the only customers I think). The hotel has seen better days and certain items were not in working order including the heater in the sitting room of our suite. We did not avail ourselves of the health facilities but they appeared quite extensive.

Petite structure de 20 suites,qui est très bien équipée pour la thalasso , très bon accueil, décor rétro charmant ! je préfère nettement ce genre de petit hotel aux grands complexes 4 étoiles qui ne sont pas aussi conviviaux . Je recommande aux personnes qui cherchent la tranquilité. Piscine eau de mer couverte, thalasso pas obligatoire avec la chambre . Emplacement idéal au calme tout près de Rabat !

Good Concept but avoid if you can

A/c wasn't working, phone wasn't working, only two Channels on TV with unclear pictures No restaurant .Breakfast was always late, staff lazy apart from one guy who did everything, outdoor pool was filthy, No internet. When these issues were told to the owner he got angry saying that he is not god and fix everything, tried to charge me twice for hamam.. Bed sheet were never changed nor Towels or Bath robe. Nothing like advised on internet try to avoid if you can

Dingy pool area, and spa, dressing gowns and towels. Two front bedroom door handles come off in your hand. No TV reception, net curtains ripped, and an extremely old fashioned and noisy air con system. No breakfast dining room, breakfast served on a tray in your room or by the dingy pool area. No dining facilities, available. No lights in the corridors or reception area at night, unless you are aware of the timer lights that you need to press to get light, as we were not made aware of this, we were walking around in pitch darkness.

Hôtel miteux sans intérêt

Cet hôtel est miteux et très sale. Il n'y a que la devanture qui est acceuillante. A notre arrivée, la réception nous a dit qu'ils avaient finalement acceptée la réservation, alors que le prélèvement de la nuit avait été effectuée quelques semaines auparavant. Le seul but dans lequel on avait choisi cet hôtel était pour la thalasso. Cette dernière était fermée depuis plusieurs semaines. On a eu accès à la piscine intérieure. L'appartement est spacieux mais aucun des équipements ne fonctionnaient, donc pas de climatisation ni de télévision. L'odeur de la salle de bain était nauséabonde. Cette soirée a été la soirée glauque de notre séjour. L'établissement est situé à 50m de la mer et est au milieu d'un quartier huppé de la banlieue sud de Rabat. Le petit déjeûner inclus dans le tarif a couronné le tout ! Un café froid, un verre de jus de fruits, un croissant synthétique et une vache qui rit. Au final, la réception a voulu nous faire payer le ptit déj une seconde fois, opération loupée car j'avais une copie du mail de la réservation. Alors, je suis réellement déçu de cette nuit perdue dans cet hôtel. Mais heureusement qu'on n'avait pas réservé une semaine ! Le personnel n'est pas accueillant, on avait vraiment l'impression de déranger.

Bon Hotel ! Son age d'or est passé, hélas ! Plus de restaurant, ni de bar. Proche de la plage, à 30/40 min de l'aeroport de Rabat. Leur taxi (Said# a même mis 20 min à 4h30 du matin ! Besoin de quelques raffraichissements #plafonds et matériels de la piscine). Cet hotel a tout pour plaire : masseuse, hammam, sauna, piscine intérieur chauffée, extérieure...

Nah am Strand aber irgendwie trostlos.

wir suchten etwas am Meer und außerhalb der Großstadt. Das Hotel ist im Moment fast leer und daher die Atmosphäre recht düster. Obwohl sauber scheint das Geld zu fehlen, das ding in Schuss zu halten, was insbesondere die kosmetischen Dinge betrifft. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Da Frühstück kam von extern. Die umliegende Gastronomie ist Italien-lastig und kaum marokkanisch.

Lovely Hotel

We was a family with a child (1,5 year) The staff was reaally nice and helpfully with everything. They speak english france and arabic,A perfect hotel for couple, singel or with children. A good spa with relaxing massage, and a nice inndoors swimming poool. big rooms and an estetic experiance. the sea is few minutes from the hotel.And tasteffully resturants right behind. we had an absolut lovly weekend there!
