"We had a quick one night stuff over in Ghent on our way to Germany so this was a perfect place to stay and Central for a quick explore of the city. I was disappointed when I arrived to find that the road that the hotel is on was not accessible by Car due to major roadworks going on. It would have been very helpful for the hotel to have contacted us to inform us of this as it then meant that we parked in a car park about five minute walk away. The hotel staff did not seem to be well informed or particularly attentive of our need for parking, thankfully we managed to find parking ourselves."

"Nice stay, I booked a standard room so it didn’t have a luxury feel. I got what I paid for. It didn’t have coffee maker (no lid for the water compartment) and a tea kettle which were great. A few comments, the A/C never really cooled the room despite it being on 18C. They did check on it and got it to blow some cold air but it just took the edge off. Being Europe and a heatwave are also part of it. Location was great for easy access to everything."
