"The room was a good size, had a 2 bedroom room. The in room fire place was a nice touch. The breakfast was ok, nothing fancy. Building is older, a lot of floor creaks. "

"The staff was friendly and helpful. The renovated areas are beautiful and well done. We had an unrenovated room and it was fine. Clean and in fair condition just dated. The pool was wonderful - warm and clean. The workout room was newly updated, had new equipment and lots of room. Definitely not an afterthought like so many others. The only negative was the breakfast. Runny gravy, watery eggs....just overall not at the same level as the rest of the experience. "

"Pretty average. Clean. Bed ok. No washcloths. 2 towels. 1 hand towel. That's pretty sad. In house phone missing cord. Highway noise and hallway noise. Gaps around door frame enough to see shadows of people walking by. Had late checkout yet maid knocks on door at 10am.grrr. Decent area. Safe. Solid stay in spite of my gripes."

"The location was prefect and the staff were very nice. However we did have issues with 2 rooms and ended up having to move to 3 different rooms. The staff was accommodating but it was still very frustrating and time consuming. Also the mountain view did not give you a view of anything but a tree and the parking lot! The breakfast was delicious and if you're planning to go to a concert this is the right place for you. "
