Very quiet at night, much needed after long days of bus tours etc. Bed was very comfortable, linens very soft The buffet breakfast was great. The coffee served by staff was delicious and also serving Americano coffee exceptional! Best of all, the staff work very hard to maintain the exceptional comforts of this hotel. "Location!! We took trains almost every day and this hotel is right across the street from the station. There was no noise from the trains or busy street while trying to sleep. Staff was very helpful and breakfast was good every day. Hotel is clean and always felt safe late at night. Walkable to tourist spots and Oltrarno. It was a perfect choice for us! "

"Super charming and stylish (traditional Florentine) hotel. Many rooms (eg mine) overlook beautiful Piazza Santa Maria Novella and its church. Lovely views. Nice bathroom, very professional and friendly service from all the personnel there. The street level bar (inside outside sections) seem to be favored by cool locals as well as guests. The food menu covered lots of bases and everything I sampled was delicious. Check out the Napoleon salon! "
