"Extremely clean room. Allowed early check in. Staff checked us when we walked in to be sure we belonged there. Only two free parking spaces right in front if needed- metered parking otherwise - check the city’s website. The historic details were fun. Bed was a single mattress on metal frame but once you’re sleeping easy to disregard. Ac unit in room plus a fan. Bathroom access was scary to think about but it worked just fine. Only had to wait for use once during our stay. The kitchen and tv/billiard room was super cool for people staying longer. Plus the available laundry access was a great consideration. Especially loved the email offering nearby discounts. Definitely worth it. "
"We enjoyed our stay at The Plaza Hotel. It’s close to everything, the staff were friendly, the space was clean and the rooftop had amazing views of the city and Juarez. "
"We had to vacate our home due to asbestos, but needed to take care of removing clothing and personal items (which took longer than expected). We have been "camping out" at Boxtel in El Paso, TX for three weeks now. While they offer room servicING, they do not have a restaurant for traditional room service ... but they have a common-use kitchen with a microwave and communal refrigerator (mark your food). We found that an electric skillet from home was sufficient to cook a variety of packaged and home-cooked meals. (I understand that they have a cook-top out for repair.) This hotel reminds me of a hostel, with linen-changing service by request and a friendly, helpful staff. Only down-side is lack of a dresser, so we're living out of suitcases & boxes. "
"First off the property owner was very welcoming from the start. I asked for an early check in and she was was quick to answer with a yes. As soon as we got to the area of location we noticed hospital near,restaurant/ fast food, downtown and of course the Dan Haskins center which is about a 4 min drive for an event we were attending. Upon entering the home we noticed the cleanliness and it was very welcoming. Home is equipped with everything you can think of. Very quiet and cozy. Morning of departure the home owner gave us a ring to our surprise. She said yal take your time and no rush. I’m assuming because the day I asked her for the early check in I mentioned the event we were attending and she probably figured we got in late the night before. We didn’t wanna take advantage and left on time. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home and when we’re back in the area I’ll definitely be looking for the same stay!!!"
