"This place describes itself differently from the real experience I arrived at 7 pm Sign on the door says lobby closes at eight I had no instructions about room or door key code in my email confirmation of booking the room just one hour before I arrived An hour later someone returned our calls and gave me information to get into a room that was not as was described on the website also the amenities were not in working order and nobody on the property to actually maintain its facility It was not safe for single women traveling and I would not ever reccomend this place The supposedly place to eat was closed as well False advertising I wanted a refund and hotels. Com denied it I didn’t even stay in the room so it didn’t need cleaned Which was not cleaned for me very well."

"We did not end up staying at this property. Still waiting for a refund. It is run down, not kept up. There was a bucket in the hallway to our room filled with dirty water from a leak. There is not signage to let you know where the property is and when you go to maps it says permanently closed. "

"Love it! Everything was great except the towels, because some bath towels were old and had spots. The view should be beautiful in winter with snow and also in fall. Overall, the property was fantastic. It had everything! Love it and highly recommend!! "

"Clean, spacious suite with a kitchen. The front desk staff was efficient and thorough. Parking right in front of our unit. We didn't use any of the offered amenities. We will stay there again."
