"very unfriendly staff,checked in early and were given a room which had croacroaches and no hot water, after a complaint later on in the morning were given a different room no 305 which also had coacroahes not well maintained no toilet paper no hot water the taps were not working. overall it is a very dirty hotel not maintained. staff were not professional. very poor location in a office block."

"Romm had window but not able to see threw asked team however team does not know about it. Strange. Breakfast have nice options. "
