"very unfriendly staff,checked in early and were given a room which had croacroaches and no hot water, after a complaint later on in the morning were given a different room no 305 which also had coacroahes not well maintained no toilet paper no hot water the taps were not working. overall it is a very dirty hotel not maintained. staff were not professional. very poor location in a office block."

"The room was clean,spacious (even with portable bed for my daughter, we had a king-size bed). The breakfast was awesome some dishes was freshly cooked). We stayed in holiday mode, i spoke to people on business who were having breakfast. Service at breakfast was good. "
