Room was infested with roaches, refrigerator wouldn't shut properly. The toilet was clogged Couldn't turn off one light you had to turn off all the lights,light switch broken. The tiles on the floor were coming apart and causing me to slip and slide, bad odor in the room,sheets were dirty and I was bitten all over due to bed bugs, spoke with management staff was unprofessional I left work on my lunch break to go pay for the room to be told that I had to come back at 3 o'clock. Had to leave work early, catch 2 buses back to the place and when I get there quarter two three there's nobody at the front desk. I'm sitting in the lobby for 45 minutes until the staff came back in and I said you told me to be here at 3 o'clock,I left work early and nobody's was there. Staff was rude. Was there 7 days and was only able to get one roll of toilet paper and was told i had to provide my own, also was given only two towels for two people was told i had to pay to wash them that i couldn't exchange them. Couldn't get a refund winded up leaving to check into another hotel room.

They had Roaches.
The double room was nice. The full size fridge and stove top was a nice addition. Checked out early due to ROACHES! Woke up to them on the bed with my daughter, they came in from behind the fridge despite the Terminex bait that was in place. One person working in office, she was nice but more office help is a must.

I stayed at this hotel because before and had a good experience. This time the room was clean but NO TOLIET PAPER. The gentleman in the office was very apologetic but could not find any toilet paper. We were about to go to the grocery store to get some. Then it was a cold and rainy night NO HEAT. We had to turn the hot water on in the shower to warm the bathroom & turn the burner on the little stove to warm the room. It was crazy. My only weekend to relax and I froze and couldn't go to the bathroom. The gentleman in the office was kind and brought me some blankets and after about an hr & 1/2 found toilet paper.

inexpensive not always a good idea
next time i will not go for least expensive .... 2 towels ... water did not run full time when showering pressure would come on a for a moment then fade away to a trickle ... burn holes in bed cover ... 1 small bar of soap which had like sand in it ..gritty ... no shampoo sample bottles ... no coffee for coffee machine ... little things ... true you get what you pay for . cops there for dispute first night .... 2nd night party going on 2 doors down ... place to sleep i guess ......it worked ... but just a little less than i expected .

At first I was worried with some of the people that was walking around but was put at ease by the faculty and the cleanliness of the room. Motel is in a pretty good area. Lots of restaurants, stores etc. Within walking distance to several of each. I would def. stay again. They even had a laundry mat on site that I was able to wash and dry my clothes in.

Awful unsanitary hotel
Went to check in went to the room the room was filthy. There were two huge tvs in the room one worked one didn't the bathroom toilet seat had pee and poop on it and a nice dirt ring inside shower had red stuff on shower curtain refrigerator was nasty food spots on kitchen floor water spots to wall around window bed sheets were nasty and mattress had what appeard to be blood spots on side on mattress. I was disgusted that they would even rent someone something like that. I ran out just as fast as I ran in. Did not stay at this hotel and would not refer anyone else to unless you just dont care.

A new experience!!
This hotel was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. There was no toilet paper in the room at all. The bed was broken and sunk in the middle. The curtains in the room that faced the parking lot had a 3 inch gap at the bottom so anybody who was driving up could clearly see into the room. The inside part of the lock on the bathroom door did not exist so the door would not shut. The price was reasonable but it's not worth the money that we saved.

It was a decent room for staying in a hotel in Raleigh for a cheap price. There was no bugs and clean sheets. It could be remodeled but it is a good hotel for the price.

worse stay ever looked like all the wood was water damaged I was planning to cook dinner there were no cookware two butter knives one plate cup an bowl for a reserveration for two we woke to hammering an beating early tbat morning later that night the lights went out for a bit smh an worse of all the bed was the noises ever just to sit on it was loud never stay there again

when i arrived at 9:00 to check in, office was closed and i waited 30 minutes for someone to open the office. only once in 6 days did the cleaning staff come and make my bed, replace the towels or anything else of a housecleaning nature.Th only good thing about the whole experience was i did not have to wotty about the staff stealing my belongings because they never came into my room for anything.

A Nightmare
Unfortunately, most of the time whats cheap results to be more expensive. Trying to avoid expending much I made the mistake to reserve a room in this place. The whole experience was just awful since the very beginning. The person at the desk seemed to have no idea of what she was doing. It took about 15 minutes for me to check in. Then, she gave me a key that didn't work, when I came back to the office, no one was there, the office was locked and I needed to wait for someone to help for about 20 minutes. Now the place is terrible, dirty, filled with garbage everywhere and totally unfriendly. The room was in bad condition, the shower dirty and so the restroom. Really avoid this place

First room the ac was broke. Got changed to second room and the bed was hard as a rock and shower head messed up. Was kept up all night by drunk neighbors and doors slamming all night.

Diane at desk was very nice.
i am a college student. Internet never worked consistently. Cigarette burns in sheets of non smoking room. Faucet in kitchen broke off. Drain in bathroom sink was clogged.

Got a good deal on Hotel.com. The room was fine, but the elevators didn't work, due to the maintenance. In the bathroom they had replaced the towel rods, but with the wrong screws. They had rusted and the old holes were left exposed. Only one light switch worked for all the lights, so it was all or nothing if you wanted light. I guess the saying is true, you get what you pay for. The staff was very friendly. The hotel is next to the Adventure Landing/putt putt, so if you have children you can walk to it.

The hotel could not provide me with clean wash cloths and towels..I had to go and buy my own. I was told it was more of a place where people stay/lived therefore I would have to wash my own towels. The rooms could use remodeling or new bathroom materials.

With the exception of going downtown and paying really high prices, I guess this was a lot better/safer feeling than other Capital Blvd. options. I was the only member of my race there, though.

Big room with a kitchen
Great room, all what we needed, helpful staff. Surprised how big the room was. It was an accessible room. I got a great price for this hotel through Expedia. Very good deal after I saw the room.
