breakfast was amazing. staff was quick and helpful, had a problem with my room door and they fixed the issue quickly. plenty of carpark space. Perhaps, the smoking area can be further away from the lift lobby.

We just spent 8 nights here over the xmas break. It's a fabulous hotel with great facilities. We particularly loved the beach view we had from our room balcony, where we chilled most evenings pre dinner. The location is great, there is an extensive breakfast buffet & the staff are super helpful & friendly. Highly recommend.

The Aloft in Langkawi is a great property with a decent fitness center, a large outdoor pool, ample free parking, a very large breakfast buffet spread, 2 bars and most importantly, very very friendly and professional staff - some of the best we encountered in Malaysia which is already some of the best we've encountered in any country.

Decent hotel in Langkawi
It was the trip for my wife’s birthday, we stayed in the hotel for 3 nights. The staff put birthday decorations in the room and left a birthday card to her which is sweet. Everyone working in the hotel is so nice and friendly, they always has smile on their faces. The buffet breakfast has plenty of choices. Swimming pool is nice too. The only thing I would complain is the problem with ant - we know that we should have clean the desk after we had snacks, after a while a group of ants appeared…
