Tanjung Rhu Resort

I was a bit disappointed with the service to beg honest. The hotel was very beautiful inside out, with a great beach. However, I was expecting to see that beautiful Sandy canal that goes all the way to the middle of the beach. I was hoping to see that. Also, the room we got given (211) was very lovely, very clean, however, when we got back at night time, there was a huge leakage coming from the ceiling where the bathroom was. It looked like it could have been from the people upstairs, but when I called reception, the guy were very quick and helpful. I was expecting for them to change me to another room, because despite of the amount of water there was in the bathroom, we had to wait for them to fix it. Baring in mind that I was extremely tired Mx had barely any sleep the night before getting to this hotel, was out and about in the island, so when I got to my room, all I wanted was to have a shower and get ready for bed ASAP! That didn’t happen because we waited for the guys to fix the ceiling. And not happy with that, the dropping of the water, was making noise and it was a bit hard to sleep. I did enjoy the beach but I was expected a higher service or at least a partial refund because I did not pay for a room to have a leaking ceiling yet I did not complained ONCE! I stayed in that rook because I was extremely tired, wanted to go bed because I trust the people in here.

Good place for couple to relax & they have nice adult pool. Public area was too quite and maybe hotel could play some relaxing or traditional music in their public area. This place is away from everything but public transportation via grab is available 24/7. Improvement needed for the food quality in their restaurant.
