"Nice spot, pity about the lack of service around the pool areas, ordered drinks on a number of occasions and it took so long for them to arrive, and on two occasions they were given to other guests! Everything took so long with no real urgency to rectify the problem."

"The area around the pool wasn't cleared overnight with towels left behind by guests. The toilets by the restaurant wasn't cleaned.
