"The ambience and staff are very good"

"Great location right on Cenang Beach. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Ample beach loungers and umbrellas. Lots to do on the beach (i.e. jet ski rentals, parasailing, etc.). Convenient location for excursions and from the airport. Included breakfast is very good with a lot of variety. Chef makes most things from scratch - including the fresh fruit sorbet we ordered one night. Many restaurants and shops steps away - including laundromats if you need to do some laundry as we did. Room and bed are very comfortable - and a/c and ceiling fans work well. Great stay!"

"Great hotel … amazing breakfast selections (English, egg station, fruits, pastries, waffles, good coffee/ eng breakfast tea, Indonesian, Malaysian, roti etc … sooo much selection … above all else the staff are a credit, whether it’s the checking in, restaurant service, pool, bar and room cleaning staff - all were super nice … special shout out to Firdaus and the barman (sorry didn’t get his name), they were always around to give us advice on where to go, restaurants to try, sights or beaches to see … Good location either short grab or 10min or so walk to the nearest bar… thanks everyone at the Bayou "

"Great beach location and overall hotel excellent. Good spacious rooms too. The pools (2 of them) were great sizes and there was a children’s fun pool too. The surrounding town has some authentic Malayan restaurants but for those not use to holidaying or traveling in Asia they may seem a little basic but the food is pretty good overall. Hotel has a great breakfast choice and the evening meals were a good option for those clients chose to stay on resort "
