"We only stayed for 1 night after a concert at the House of Blues. The room was nicely decorated in a modern style with a great selection of wall art. It was clean and comfortable. The only thing that was a bit odd is the hotel location as it was built in a local neighborhood. We did not use the amenities but they looked nice. The breakfast buffet was a bit pricey for the limited selection of food you get. There was also barely any eggs, bacon or sausage left when we got to the dining room even though there were only 2 other tables taken. Staff was a bit pushy to close out the bill and finish their service. "

"Foud a huge roach walking in my "recently" clean room!! The outside door would not open and had to come in through the pool door. Fridge was extremely noisy. "

"The breakfast was good. Plenty to choose from. We needed an accessible shower room but was given a tub. Within 15mins of reporting I had a shower chair which we were able to utilize. Very accommodating. "
