"Luxurious apartment newly decorated private living room with excellent kitchen great view silent place at 5th floor with lift ! Reception very helpful thank You Eduardo . Very clean with comfy bed in sleeping room. 2 bathrooms. Fast wifi superb aircon. Ovearall perfect place in Catania clise to museums. Only half minute from alibus stops to airport metro and many buses. Almost at Via Etnea with many shops I will come back as soon as possible . Highly recommend. "

"It was overall an amazing experience. We enjoyed the location of the apartment as it's in the city centre, not very good to find parking though. The apartment was very clean and new, the sofa bed felt like a new bed, and all utilities were provided. A clear explanation was given by the agency and we had an additional paper giving us all the information. Wifi is very good, and a bottle of Nero d'Avola was offered as well as water and tea. "The place is an oasis in the city. Very convenient for exploring the city and felt safe. A charming place. There were some issues with cleanliness though such as smelly pillows and dust & dirty floors. But the bathroom and kitchen were spotless. The kitchen could have done with some items such as a washing-up bowl or plug. But overall it was a very pleasant place and the owner was very good at communicating with us. "

"Good place for a group of 4 or the solo traveler. Very spacious and modern. Washer on site is convenient. The property had no hot water during my stay. It was only communicated at the end that the HW heater has to be turned on from the outside. This should’ve been communicated at check-in and/or done prior to arrival. Additionally, there was no outside lighting. This made getting into the apartment at night a bit difficult and the guest uneasy given the dark interior courtyards you must travel...
