"Be aware—- there is no elevator available and rooms and dining area on varied floors. Be ready to climb steep stairs. Nice rooms and amenities. Beautiful views of river and area walks are great. Excellent meals at buffet restaurant."

"The staff was very accommodating and made our stay really pleasant. The only complaint i had was that the bathroom fittings were leaking and there were some stains on the bedding which caused us to get the staff to be called multiple times"

"Sanjaya went above and beyond to make sure we had a comfortable stay. He provided a takeaway breakfast at 4.45am when we wanted to go to Horton Plains and always made sure we were okay. Lovely secluded stay!"
