"Key problems were that hotel wasn’t in the town advertised (it was in Ramgarh and not Fatehpur as advertised) and nor was the room we were allocated anywhere near the size or standard of the one advertised. We felt very let down with what we felt was a very basic and seriously overpriced room. Some other aspects of what was advertised also turned out to be inaccurate. "Clean old heritage room. Bathroom can be better. Food is very good. "

"The room is clean and staffs are so friendly. Unfortunately I had a pleblem that hot water didn't come from the shower but they had tried to fix it hardly. At that night they prepared for a bucket of hot water. Finally it could be fixed in the morning."
