We really enjoyed our stay in Paris. The location was great for us, with easy access to the metro and within walking distance of Sacré-Cœur and the Moulin Rouge. The room was as expected, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

We had a fabulous stay at the Park Hyatt. We did have one issue with our air con and the hotel manager was extremely helpful in resolving this issue. I would recommend this hotel for Paris. Rooms are spacious, atmosphere is extremely welcoming, concierge excellent and very attentive front reception and management.

"Stayed for 1 night, room wasn't very clean, bed had hair in from someone else, bathroom had broken shower head holder, pubic hair stuck to the floor near the toilet and no WiFi. Was very cheap though, overall pretty disappointed and wouldn't recommend."
