"Fantastic hotel right in the city centre. Everything within walking distance. This is our 5th stay at this hotel and won’t be the last. Staff are fantastic. Frankie on the bar always makes us feel very welcome."

"The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful, which was definitely the highlight of our stay. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives ended. The bathrooms and toilets are very old and look quite tired. The shower curtain was visibly dirty along the bottom edge, which wasn’t pleasant to see. The floors and carpets throughout the room also felt worn and outdated. In addition, the cups provided in the room were cheap plastic, which gave the room a lower-quality feel. Another disappointment was the parking situation: we booked through Expedia and had to pay for parking, while it apparently would have been free if the reservation had been made directly through the hotel’s website. Overall, while the staff were great, the facilities and overall condition of the hotel really need updating."
